Cancellation Policy
A 50% payment is required for the following conditions:
- The guest cancels or reschedules an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- The guest no-shows or misses an appointment.
- The guest arrives more than 15 minutes late for a service and requires rescheduling based on preexisting appointments on the therapist’s book.
A 50% discount is given on rescheduled appointments for the following conditions:
- The therapist cancels or reschedules an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- The therapist is more than 15 minutes behind schedule, and the guest requires the service to be rescheduled to accommodate a preexisting appointment on their calendar.
